Website delivery and hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data-processing agreement with STRATO is in place.
When you open a page, technical connection data, including your IP address, the requested resource, time of access and browser information, are processed to deliver the website and protect its operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure information website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
STRATO provides server log files for the preceding six weeks and describes the IP addresses in those logs as anonymised. This availability period does not describe every processing operation performed by the hosting provider. Further information is available in STRATO’s privacy information linked below.
Cookies, analytics and external content
The CBR site code does not set cookies or use local storage. It contains no analytics or advertising scripts, embedded videos, external fonts or social-media plugins. Fonts and website assets are served with the site. Technical server logging is separate from visitor tracking.
Links to ISPC and other external websites are ordinary links. The destination’s privacy information applies when you follow a link.
Contacting us
If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide to answer your enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps you request before a contract.
The published email address uses Gmail. Messages and associated communication data are therefore handled by Google’s email service; Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its privacy information and international-transfer safeguards are linked below. You can alternatively contact us by post or telephone.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, or to meet applicable retention obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providing contact information is voluntary; without sufficient information we may be unable to respond.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above.
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in your place of residence, work or where you believe an infringement occurred. This website does not make automated decisions about you.
